A Reformed Baptist church holds to the great doctrines of the Christian faith recovered during the Protestant Reformation — particularly that Scripture is our ultimate authority, that salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone, and that all things exist for the glory of God. Like other Baptists, we practice believer's baptism by immersion. What distinguishes us as "Reformed" is our commitment to the doctrines of grace, covenant theology, the abiding relevance of God's moral law, and the regulative principle of worship — that our worship is shaped and ordered by Scripture. We are also a confessional church. As Reformed Baptists, we hold to the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith as a faithful summary of biblical doctrine. While the Confession is not equal to Scripture, it serves as a helpful guide for clarity, unity, and instruction in the faith.

Maricopa is a rapidly growing community that currently has no Reformed Baptist congregation. The goal of planting a church here is to see the gospel take deeper root in the city by establishing a Christ-centered, biblical, and gospel-proclaiming church. The plant seeks to worship God according to His Word, teach Scripture faithfully, and build a community of believers who know and follow Jesus.
